Absolutely not. Piloxing is designed for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Our instructor adjusts guidance to suit every participant, so you can join with full confidence regardless of your background.
Comfortable, breathable athletic wear and supportive trainers are ideal. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. Some members choose to wear special Piloxing socks with grip on the soles — these are optional but recommended for the Pilates elements.
We offer four sessions per week and most members attend two to four times depending on their goals. Even one session per week delivers noticeable results. We recommend starting with two per week and building from there.
Classes are led by a certified Piloxing instructor who is also a multiple national champion in both Kickboxing and Full Contact combat sports. This elite competitive background brings a level of technical precision and motivational authority that is truly unique to our studio.
Please consult your physician before joining if you are recovering from an injury. That said, the Pilates component of Piloxing is frequently used in rehabilitation contexts, and our instructor is experienced in modifying movements for participants with physical limitations.
