Open the Netlify Dashboard
Log in to app.netlify.com and select the piloxingmalta site from your team's site list.
- Go to app.netlify.com and sign in with your account
- Find and click on the piloxingmalta site from your projects list

Navigate to Site Configuration
Open the Site configuration section, then go to Notifications → Emails and webhooks.
- In the left sidebar, click Site configuration
- Scroll down in the sidebar and click Notifications
- Select Emails and webhooks from the sub-menu

Find Form Submission Notifications
On this page you'll see two sections: Deploy notifications and Form submission notifications. We need the second one.
Important: Make sure you click "Add notification" in the Form submission notifications section (bottom), not the Deploy notifications section (top).

Add Email Notification
Click Add notification in the Form submission section, then select Email notification from the dropdown.

Select the Event
In the notification form, choose the event New form submission from the event dropdown.
- In the "Event to listen for" dropdown, select "New form submission"
- This ensures you get notified every time someone fills out the registration form on the site

Enter Email & Save
Type in the email address where you want to receive notifications, then click Save.
- In the "Email to notify" field, enter: zoranmihailovic.mihailovic@gmail.com
- Click Save to activate the notification
Done! From now on, every time a visitor submits the registration form on the Power Fit Studio website, an email notification will be sent to the configured address.
